The most difficult part is to figure out the WHY of your life. Once that done, HOW to get there is relatively simple. Fortunately, we can help you answer both the questions! All programs include assessments, one on one sessions, assignments, and group discussions wherever applicable.

Self- Paced mode includes two levels.


The Discovery session is a 1-hour free session (face to face or virtual) where we get to know each other. You can ask me whatever question you have with regard to coaching and how it can benefit you. 

A one to one session is typically 60-90 minutes, dedicated to uncover and dig deeper into the aspects concerning you at the moment. Through the intuitive questioning method, you will be able to discover what you're seeking. This will be a paid session. 

Structured Programs

Structured Programs are packages with pre-decided goals. Our top programs are - 

Life Balance Pro: 8 x 60 minute - weekly 
This program will help you achieve this balance of seven key elements - Health, Family, Social, Financial, Career, Contribution to Society, and Spiritual.

Self Discovery Pro: 6 X 60 minute - fortnightly
This program will help you discover your inner desires and lay a path to the life you want to lead. 

Mindfulness 101: 6 x 60 minutes - weekly

This is a foundation program designed to bring you into your conscious state of mind. 

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction: 8 x 60 min weekly

This program will help you learn to access and cultivate your natural capacity of self-care and find greater balance, ease and peace of mind.
