The future of jobs in 2022 in India will be determined by the primary forces of globalization, demographic changes, and the adoption of exponential technologies by Indian industries*. These primary forces will create jobs that will require significant skill sets such as problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
There is also a gap between the academics and skill-sets needed to become employable in the real world. Currently, only 15% of the students are truly employable.
Deeper learning programs empower students and develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities they will need for college and after. These programs make students employable and adaptative to the changing work environment.
By the end of each program, students will be able to think critically, solve complex problems; work collaboratively; communicate effectively, and develop the mindsets necessary to lead a happy, productive and successful life.
