The future of jobs in 2022 in India will be determined by the primary forces of globalization, demographic changes and the adoption of exponential technologies by Indian industries*. These primary forces will create jobs that will require significant skill sets such as problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
There is also a gap between the academics and skill-sets needed to become employable in the real world. Currently, only 15% of the students are truly employable.
Deeper learning programs empower students and develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities they will need for college and after. These programs make students employable and adaptative to the changing work environment.
By the end of each program, students will be able to think critically, solve complex problems; work collaboratively; communicate effectively and develop the mindsets necessary to lead a happy, productive and successful life.

Did you know -
The changing trends in our economy have direct implications on the youth of the country - are they equipped to face the reality?
Post academics, students step into their choice of career they aspire - are they professionally aligned?
Project-based learning helps institutions integrate academics with competencies that make students employable as well as create a necessary mindset for the real world. The program will plug the gap between academia and industry and make them employable in the real world.
Work-based learning enables students to work closely with the industry they will be employed in the future. This means hands-on training during the course of their academics. Students are first equipped with industry knowledge and the know-how and later placed on off-site jobs temporarily to allow them to get authentic work experience, develop habits and skills, such as time management, critical thinking, problem-solving, collaborating etc.
In the work-based learning method, students are able to
understand the connection between the classroom and potential careers in their chosen industry
experience theory coming to life
take an informed decision on the path they wish to proceed
Blended learning is a comprehensive transformation program for students. This method integrates project-based learning along with digital learning so that they learn from real-time data so that they can gain mastery. This method also creates a personal coaching program for students so they become responsible for their own transformation.
Blended learning helps institutions engage students’ interests and results in deeper learning outcomes, in the areas of communication, collaboration, and critical thinking.
