Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires people to maximise their personal and professional potential. It is generative, not remedial. It’s all about empowering them to achieve desired growth, learn from their own experiences and to maximise their potential. It is distinctly different from mentoring and counseling as illustrated below 

How does coaching work? 


The goal of every coaching engagement is to focus on individuals thinking, identify their level of competence under which they currently operate and then take them forward with confidential, supportive and action-oriented discussions.

 

Coaching typically begins with a personal interview (either face-to-face or by video call) to 
assess the individual's or business’ current opportunities and challenges 

  • define the scope of the relationship 

  • identify priorities for action and 

  • establish specific desired outcomes

 

Coaching incorporates an appreciative approach, grounded in what's right, what's working, what's wanted and what's needed to get there. This approach is simple to understand and put to use, and its reach can be profound, opening up new possibilities and spurring action.

Types of Coaching

Executive Coaching

Every organisation will have employees who need to work towards excelling in their work,  embrace the path for improved productivity or adjusting in their new role.

 

A coaching process always works within a framework of agreed goals, set by the sponsor who is typically an organization. Whatever your agenda is, executive coaching can help you achieve it. As a coach, we help your employees assess their own situation objectively, and create an action plan for themselves. 

 

A coaching session will be a one to one session, either face-to-face (if in Pune city) or via video call.

 

 

Group /Team Coaching

If you wish to get your team aligned and performing at their peak, then Team Coaching is the best solution for you, especially if you have a small team /group of people.

 

The prerequisites of Team Coaching is that

  • this team should be working on a common goal,

  • each member's performance directly impacts the other members

 

Team Coaching solutions are particularly useful when there is constant change in the team (downsizing /reallocation). Options are available for a full day /half-day programs along with integrated process for a group from 5 to 15

Personal Coaching
